GEPL Converts batch production into Lean manufacturing system by introducing conveyor assembly station so that a product which is being assembled batch by batch in different locations shall be combined together in a single straight or desired path in a conveyor system and it shall be divided into number of stations and product shall be assembled from First process to final process in a single conveyor line . Some of the products we have sucessfully assembled in conveyor line station are Air Conditioner, Pump, Battery, Mould dies , Valves , etc. we also give final part identification system and software to track your final assembly either by bar code or by NC Marking process.
